1. What is Community Resource Finder?

Alzheimer’s Association AARP Community Resource Finder ( is a database of dementia and aging-related resources powered by Carelike®. The online tool makes it easy for people living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, family caregivers and those involved in making care-related decisions to find local programs and services.

2. What are the type of resources I can find?

Community Resource Finder displays resources including, but not limited to: 

  • Alzheimer’s Association programs and events 

  • AARP programs and events

  • Housing options

  • Care at home 

  • Medical services 

  • Community services

Contacting any of these folks will allow you to speak directly to a person that has expertise to get you help for a variety of needs. A good “first call” for any non-emergency questions.
