Nancy Nealon from the Parkinson Foundation. Nancy is a licensed NYS social worker (LMSW). She has worked in the greater Rochester area for over 30 years with individuals living with chronic illness and disabilities, and with the Parkinson’s community specifically since 2015. Her mission is to bring education programs to the Parkinson’s community throughout New York and New Jersey.

Nancy will be walking us through the Parkinson Foundation’s on line PD Health@Home Events.

We also had a lively discussion about the resources, including  the Aware in Care materials (see one of the  links below). Nancy was very gracious at our meeting and she's an enthusiastic and experienced supporter of people in the Parkinson's community. She is happy to answer questions from individuals via phone or email.
