Topic: "Sustaining Our Relationships - It's Not All About Valentines Day"

It's important to have relationships with those who support us as we travel our Parkinson's journeys - especially at this time of year and especially during a pandemic. It's certainly not all about making one day special or even just romantic relationships. There are many forms of sustaining relationships.

We'll start the meeting with some words of wisdom to consider. Then we'll break into small groups so participants can talk about ways they have endeavored to sustain caring relationships. None of us are experts, but simply coming together in this way can be of support.
