Conducts once a month meetings at 7 PM on the second Thursday of most months.  Most meetings, (after November 2025) will be in-person  at Parkinson's Center YMCA, 98 Wolf Rd, Colonie, NY 12205, and by ZOOM. Care partner meeting information is available on the website.

CDPSG is not a fundraising organization, although donations are accepted to help cover expenses, and make social events affordable to all.
