Notes from Capital District Parkinson's Support Group . . . Please join us at our annual picnic! Our support group will provide assorted sandwiches, seltzer and water. Please sign up below to let us know what food you will bring. We also need helpers - please sign up below if you can take on a task. RSVP by August 21st.
