These groups are for care partners only, which includes anyone connected to a person with Parkinson’s. All of the following groups are part of the Capital District Parkinson’s Support Group. They meet at the times and locations noted below. The following Care Partners Groups are currently accepting new members:

Wednesday mornings, 10 to 11:15, in person, weekly.
At the Parkinson’s Center YMCA, 98 Wolf Rd., Colonie, in Hannaford Plaza
This group meets during a boxing class at the Parkinson's Center YMCA.

Monday evening Zoom group, 7 p.m., monthly.
