Tai Chi - Saratoga Regional YMCA
Tai Chi is often described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements, connecting the mind and the body. This graceful form of exercise can help reduce stress and increase balance with regular practice. The instructor will explain the health benefits of Tai Chi and how it may help while acknowledging a member’s self reported physical strength and limitations. In Beginner Tai Chi you will learn the basic skills needed and simplified forms such as the Yang 10, 16 and 24.
