Active Older Adults
Low Impact Cardio & Strength: This 45 minute low impact class focuses on increasing muscular strength, endurance, and cardio-respiratory health. A chair and resistance band will be provided. Please remember to bring plenty of water and a towel. RESERVATION REQUIRED.
Chair Yoga: This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support during standing poses. Chair yoga is especially suitable for older adults, people with balance or coordination issues, and those with disabilities. Chair yoga helps increase flexibility, lung capacity, circulation and strength, improves balance, and relieves stress. Chair is provided. Please remember to bring plenty of water and a towel. RESERVATION REQUIRED.
Zumba Gold: A lower impact version of your favorite Zumba dance moves, designed for beginners and/or active older adults who want to work up a sweat while dancing to their favorite Latin Beats. Bring water and a towel. RESERVATION REQUIRED.
