Speaker: Mark Tolstrup

Mark Tolstrup is a dedicated practitioner of the internal martial arts with over 25 years of teaching experence. Mr Tolstrup is a fourth degree black belt in Kempo Karate, has studied Tai Chi, meditation, Qi Gong and Chinese internal martial arts with many masters including T. K. Shih, William C.C. Chen, Jou Tsung Hwa, Mantak Chia, B. P. Chan, B. K. Frantzis, Frank Allen and many others. In addition to other Tai Chi forms, Mr. Tolstrup has studied Yang Style Tai Chi with Grandmaster William C.C. Chen and is a certified as an instructor by the William CC.Chen School of Tai Chi Chuan since 1993. Mr. Tolstrup was awarded the highest level diploma from the William C C Chen School of Tai Chi Chuan in 2005 Mr Tolstrup is also a certified instructor of Master Mantak Chia’s International Healing Tao Foundation. Mr. Tolstrup is one of only three instructors that have been certified to teach Hsing-I by the Wu Tang Physical Culture Association of New York City. All classes are taught in a relaxed open environment. Great attention is paid to detail and to each individual students progress. With over 25 years of teaching experience Mr Tolstrup has developed the ability to clearly present the principles as well as details of Tai Chi and Qi gong.

P4P Duanesburg/Delanson YMCA – there is only one person in the class – it will cancel as of 1/31/2017without more participation!
P4P Saratoga YMCA – There are only 2 people on Thursday’s and 3 on Friday’s. 2-3 more are needed to keep the classes going!
